Anybody Starting Mendenhall This Week?

If it were me, I'd hold off starting him. First game, against what looks to be a pretty good run defense this year.

I am starting him. I look at it from the standpoint that Baltimore is starting a rookie q.b. against a tough defense. There might be opportunities there for a rushing touchdown or two based off of field position.

 

Even if he doesn't get 100 yards he could still score.

It's between Mendenhall and AJ for my last roster spot this week.

Leaning towards Johnson though. I want to see what Mendenhall can do against a decent D and FWP's injury seems fishy and gives me the feeling he'll be out for about 2-3 weeks, so this start isn't a "one and done" deal for Mendenhall

I've got Ronnie Brown and Julius Jones on Bye so I'll have to start him or Vincent Jackson in my flex. I like Jackson's upside, but I think Mendenhall is more likely to get a TD. Plus it gives me some stake in the Monday night game. My best friend is starting McClain and we're playing each other. I did bench Big Ben for Greasy though.
