carmo911 2 Posted November 11, 2008 10 team standard scoring league, NO PPR. We start QB, 2 RB, 3WR, TE, K and DEF. my team is 6-4 in a playoff hunt and his team is 1-9 and cleaning house. My team QB - P. Manning RBs - C. Johnson (TEN), M. Turner, R. Bush, J. Lewis, S. Slaton WR - B. Edwards, B. Berrian, M. Colston, S. Holmes, C. Chambers TE - T. Scheffler, Z. Miller His Team QB - J. Campbell, T. Edwards RB - R. Grant, M. Moore, F. Jones (DAL), J. Fargas, D. McFadden WR - T. Owens, TJ. Housh, M. Muhammad, D. Henderson, G. Camarillo TE - J. Shockey I see no reason why i should not make this trade but other then having teh headache of figuring out which WR to play every week and the debating is i put the correct on in or not. Please let me know what you think. Leave a link and will help
LandenChase 0 Posted November 11, 2008 yea, I'd do it. You can use the consistency that Housh brings. I dont think Slaton will make or break your season.
Bman 0 Posted November 11, 2008 Cant see that I'm sold either way. Bungles aren't producing much. I lean toward keeping Slaton.
despleyj 0 Posted November 12, 2008 i would take housh, but his best asset is his amount of catches, which you dont capitalize on in a non ppr. i would shop around a bit and see if you could get an elite reciever for perhaps slaton and chambers or holmes. but if not i would accept this trade. WHODAT in AZ 0 Posted November 12, 2008 i wouldnt do it, without palmer they are just a train wreck. You need to get a WR there weren't any other possibilities? it's tough to take the trade with no PPR. Bush is coming back so your RB depth will be ridiculous. Belushi 9 Posted November 12, 2008 Without the PPR Housh doesn't have much value. He hasn't scored a TD in a long time and they've got a rough schedule. I'd see if you can get something better for Slaton. In a non-PPR Muhammad may even be better than Housh. There's always the chance Palmer comes back late in the year, but I wouldn't bet on it. justagrl 0 Posted November 12, 2008 I don't trust Slaton the rest of the way (I traded him away a few weeks ago and was thankful I did). TJ Housh is the only bright spot on the CIN offense. I think it's a good trade.
rehdjac 0 Posted November 12, 2008 Make it, you're stacked at RB, need help at WR. Good trade, good luck! http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332904
Casey71 0 Posted November 12, 2008 What about Slaton for Santana? I am stacked at WR. Not so stacked at RB.
