ben4uf 0 Posted August 22, 2009 Please rank these RBs and provide a little reasoning as to why if possible. I'm picking last in keeper league and need to grab a RB to compliment Pierre Thomas and most of these should be available. Already kept PT, AJ, and Jennings. So for 10th & 11th pick I'm likely taking a top QB and the best available RB. Westy Jacobs Portis MB3 Grant Brown thanks! leave a link and i will help in return
jaftica 0 Posted August 22, 2009 In order with notes: Westbrook - Great all around back. Going to get you about 1800 apy(all purpose yards) and 8-9 tds If receptions count, 65-70 recs. About a 14 game player though. 2 off season surgeries and looking good. McNabb looks to be back in form, so the rushing yards may drop off, but the rec yards will go up. Portis - Good strong back with durability, should play all 16 games. About 1500 apy and 10-11 tds. 30-35 recs. Jacobs - Very strong back. Lacks a bit in durability, about 13 games played on avg. About 1200 apy and 12-13 tds. 15-20 recs. With his size he is a bruiser, though with that size comes injuries. With the loss of top receivers, NYG may rely a bit more on the running game, but I think most of these extra carries will be done by Ahmad Bradshaw. Grant - Another durable back, should play all games. About 1300 apy and 20-25 recs. Bit low on the tds getting only about 7-8 per season. Barber - Durable back playing all 16 games. About 1200 apy and 9-10 tds. Again if receptions count, you should get 45-50 recs. Brown - Basically head to head with Barber. Below only due to recs. Only getting about 30-35 recs, 1200 apy and 9-10 tds. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=347782
