$25 12-team, non ppr, espn, league safe

Hello everyone, I am looking to create a 12 team, $25 entry plus about $1 for fees, non-ppr league on espn with standard espn rules except that there will be 4 playoff teams with 2 week playoffs through weeks 13-16. 4 pt td pass, 6 pt other td's. Draft would be on Sept 6th at 8PM.
