Cribbs listed as starter, intends to play Sunday

Sounds like it still isn't settled but it's looking better and better:

 

"I always hope for the best," said Cribbs, who is listed as the starting receiver opposite Braylon Edwards on the first official depth chart of the season. "You've got to prepare for the worst, but I keep hoping for the best. [Coach Eric] Mangini and [General Manager George] Kokinis have been men of their word and thus far they've shown me that they want me to be an impactful player on the team. I think things will work themselves out." When the TV cameras swarmed a few minutes later, Cribbs didn't let on that he was still waffling. Asked if there was any doubt he'd be there on Sunday, he said, "Not in my mind. Maybe a lot of other people speculate, probably my agent, he has doubt, I don't know. But I plan to be here on Sunday."
