I can't say without seeing the rest of your roster, but: Flacco is a looking like he'll remain a very good QB as the season goes on. Ginn isn't great, but I'd say he's no worse than Garcon. As for who you're giving away: Sproles has a tough matchup this Sunday ( @ PIT), a bye next week, and then LT should be back hogging up carries. Best to trade and get something for him now. Garcon is getting over-hyped. He's had a decent two weeks, but he's not getting a lot of targets, and when Gonzalez comes back, he'll go back to the WW pretty quickly. So basically, you're getting the 5th best fantasy QB (in standard leagues), in exchange for a couple players that will either be on your bench or dumped to the WW in the next few weeks. Good trade.
