Maroney vs. Lance Moore vs. Sidney Rice

Recommended Posts

It's got to be Sidney rice, right? All of these guys are available in my league, and I've got the number 1 waiver wire spot. I could also pick up the Indy defense, as all I've got is the Giants who LOST me points yesterday.

Moore is healthy again and is the #2 WR on the NO - We Pass - Saints........He'll put up great numbers considering the schedule they have coming up.

On the other hand Indy plays the Rams next week...undefeated team...oh yeah Peyton Manning??!! You know they're gonna rout the Rams so that's a good chunk too.

I think Rice is turning into Farve's Deep guy so it's a tossup between Moore and Rice if you're dying for a WR.

With Maroney facing TB next week he's $$ for running and receiving yards seeing the other RB's are hurt for NE.

So I guess my answer is another question as to where are you weak on your team considering the matchups coming up next week?

I'm not particularly weak anywhere, save defense (the Giants). I'm going to blow out my opponent next week, though, so I'm wondering if I should use the waiver wire position on a Colts D that doesn't have great matchups down the road. It likely I'd be using the pick as trade fodder -- looking to package one of the above with a 2nd tier player (Bradshaw, Ricky Williams, etc.) to get a good or elite player (Westbrook or Ronnie Brown). If its Ronnie, I'd probably have to package one of them plus Greg Jennings. The people I'm trading with are poor at WR and RB, so I could go either way.
