nnorthedge 0 Posted July 19, 2010 Is there a way to add custom player notes and have them stay after updating the projections? Also should the notes in the compiler transfer to the draft buddy?
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted July 20, 2010 Hi nnorthedge. Yes, and yes. For your own notes to stay in the Compiler, even after hitting Update Projections, make sure they are under the column "User Notes" on the position tabs (far right) and not under the column "FF Today Notes". The FF Today Notes are the ones that update from us. As for the notes flowing to the cheatsheets, if the User Notes for a player is not blank, then it shows the User Notes (your note). If it is blank, then it will show the FF Today Notes (our note) if there is one for that player. When you run the Draft Buddy Setup, then the notes will flow over on the cheatsheets with notes. If you already had Buddy setup previously, and just updated projections in the Compiler to get the player notes I posted earlier today, then you need to run Setup Draft Buddy again (essentially to update for the "new" cheatsheets). If you already had keepers, custom draft order or any picks in your draft in Draft Buddy, make sure to uncheck the "Clear Keepers and Draft Picks" option in Buddy first, before running the Setup again. nnorthedge 0 Posted July 20, 2010 Thanks. That is great. I never saw the user notes area. It works perfectly.
