Can ESPN do Conferences and Keeper?

I am trying to pick a commish website and everyone seems to be in favor of ESPN. I have one question - we are a league of 2-12 team conferences(24 owners total). Each conferene has 3 divisions. The two conferences have different drafts (so for example Adrian Peterson can be on a team in each Conference). Can ESPN do this?

Keepers, yes. Conferences.... I don't think so. But I'm not entirely sure. Lemme check.

I know yahoo can do the two conferences and keepers but I don't know about the divisions. I would think you could. Easy enough to find out though - just register a custom team on Yahoo and check the commish settings. We left ESPN a few years back in favor of Yahoo because ESPN's ff and team pages are full of garbage ads and hard to customize. Yahoo has proven pretty simple (not everyone loves it) but it is better than ESPN imo.
