Who to use for the flex spot ?

I think I'm going to have this dilemma the entire season until one guy establishes himself as a better fantasy performer. It's a PPR league, with all TDs = 6 pts.

 

If Bradshaw gets the bulk of the carries for the Giants and a lot of the goal line work too, who do I use in the flex between him and his teammate Steve Smith ? Thanks in advance.

I like Bradshaw over Steve Smith as a Flex. He is getting the nod and will get more touches and I think the TDs will outweigh the PPR Smith would get you.
