overall rankings have too few players

I set up my league with the 9 starters and 7 back ups (12 team league)

 

when I compile the cheat sheet, it only comes up with 180 picks which is enough for 15 rounds (which includes kickers and Def)

 

Why is it not including enough players for the draft and how can I get more players to show up in the overall rankings section without fudging the roster size of my league

I think you probably have some positions set to be excluded from the overall rankings. That is an option on the rules tab, and by default I have the K and DEF positions checked to be excluded, because I want to make sure you guys don't draft those positions too early!

 

If you uncheck those, and hit Compile again, then the overall rankings will fill to 180.

 

Remember the positional rankings will always fill completely no matter what your league and roster sizes are set at.
