Phil64 0 Posted August 20, 2011 Thanks for the import response. I've used Compiler now for about 4 years, just great. I am wondering if there is a way to adjust Dollar Values in an auction manually. I've used the baseline adjustment currently set at QB - 1.7; RB - 1.3; all others - 1.0. We use a $1,00 salary cap for 16 players. I have gotten the RB's, WR's & TE's to adjust perfectly, bu my QB's are about $100 undervalued for the top tier and correspondingly undervalued the rest of the way down. If I change the baseline more it messes up the other positions. If I manually change the auction values in the "offense" tab the adjustments do not flow through anywhere else. Which means I'd have to make sure I change the values everywhere and hope I don't miss one or that the update changes something. Any suggestions on how to just adjust the values of one position without effecting the others. Thanks, Phil
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 20, 2011 Hi Phil. Try changing the backups for QB a little - even though your total backups will now not match the proper total. This should have a similar impact as changing the QB baseline though, and may change values of the other positions (the CC/DB is trying to spread out the dollars available to the entire league across all draftable players), but it is worth a shot. Phil64 0 Posted August 20, 2011 Great Suggestion. I had to change the back-ups in the "rules" tab. Changing it in the "options" tab had no effect at all. All looks much more reasonable now. Thanks for the help.
