As much as I hate to say it, I think you have to go with Jacobs. Jacksonville historically has the most issues defensively against big power backs and with Nicks dinged up, the Giants are going to rely more on the run. You know he'll get the goal line carries and ultimately, do you really want to play LT2 (a backup) or Lynch (good lord I'd stack 9 in the box against Tavarias Jackson and that O-line)? I just think Jacobs has the most upside this week. Good luck man. See mine if you get a chance.

Unless it's a PPR league, I think you have to go with Jacobs. Lynch isn't an option. He's not great, it's a west coast team playing at 1 EST, he's going up against an angry defense and he doesn't have a quarterback. The line is around +14--you can't play a Seattle player this week. LT might be okay, but I expect the Jets to have a lead for most of the game, which means more runs from Greene and fewer short passes to LT like we saw in the Dallas game.
