I think you have to start jackson out of these. I'm a vikings fan so I think harvin has some upside with ponder under center, but I think that graham is the safer play.

I'm gonna pile on here and suggest Graham and V-Jax, in that order.

 

Graham is an absolute must-play assuming he starts for the Bucs. He will get you guaranteed touches/yardage and his floor is much lower than the other three guys. I'm not entirely high on Jackson given the circumstances, but the other two receivers don't inspire much confidence either. When in doubt, play your stud.
