Boring defense question - Cincy or Minn week 1?

My 12 team league members for some reason mostly decided to draft 2 defenses. I waited until the end and Cincy was the best available and their week 1 matchup is at Balt on Monday. Minnesota is available and I could use them against Jax in the dome. Seems like Minn is the better play. Does anyone agree or just roll with Cincy onn Mon night?
