Trade Doug Martin for Torrey Smith?

Someone offered me Torrey Smitth for Doug Martin.

 

MY RBs are AP, Aflred Morris, and Deangelo Williams. WRs are Harvin and Welker. 2 RBS, 2 WRs and flex.

 

Feel like this is a sell low/buy high, but just want to check others' thoughts.

Nah. I wouldn't. Smith is going to be an up and down player. Doug Martin is still a good RB2. I don't think you are getting good value there.
