if its PPR, I'd make the trade. You're set at TE and White is an upgrade at WR. Sproles in PPR is valuable. Non-PPR I"m not sure I'd do it though

I'd do that for sure. I just don't think Nelson is going to put up the #s he did last year, and Lynch is solid

I'd do it. Sproles is great to have in PPR at RB, and you'd still have pretty good backs besides him. Roddy is a huge pickup, and Nelson will pick things up. Maclin and Finley aren't big losses for you at all.

I would definitely make this deal. Improves your team significantly, without severely weakening your RB corp.
