Trade Help Needed!

I got offered a trade (Team listed at bottom):

AP and Torrey Smith for Forte and Roddy.

I don't like the trade at all as is, but I'm trying to think of a good counter offer. He has AP, CJ Spiller, Fred Jackson, Antonio Gates, and Hakeem Nicks (Only players I'd be interested in at all).

 

I really only want AP so I was thinking about AP for Roddy. What do you think? I would have only 2 stud WRs left, but 3 star RBs with 2 good backups in Mendenhall and Willis.

I'd do AP for Roddy. You'd still have lots of depth at WR and add a stud RB. But even without doing the trade you can't go wrong with what you've got. Is this an 8 team league?
