So who are we starting out of the OAK backfield?

Put DMC on IR for a few weeks. It's official, he just can't stay healthy. Jones has skills but I doubt he's 'Bell Cow' material. I think Oakland would be wise to run a lot of 2 back sets to increase their options because they'll need all the help they can get to win this game. I think Palmer believes he's got to put the game on his shoulders and go win it throwing the ball, which would benefit Reece. I picked up Reece & I think he's the better play. Palmer throwing a lot so Reece could be in for 60-70 yds. receiving & 1 TD either goaline or short pass. Jones just a little to risky for me until I see how he plays with an expanded role.

Almost exactly my thoughts. I'm expecting 50-60 yds and hoping for a TD as a bonus from Reece.

I'm forced to play either Jones or Reece....not happy about it....

 

But I'm finally locked on Jones. I just think he has a higher ceiling than Reece and I'm willing to roll the dice.

 

Jones has looked pretty good in his limited carries from what I've seen. Guys like him that wait and wait for an opportunity sometimes do some things that surprise you....Kinda like a Chris Ivory last week....

 

Who knows...It's ugly any way you look at it if you are playing either one of these guys.
