Almadenbass 0 Posted July 11, 2013 12 man league, non ppr The QB gets 6 pts for a passing TD, same as a rushing TD and receiving TD. Our league only starts 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 flex rb or wr, d and kicker. I have the 6th pick Should i go RB,RB,QB or RB,QB,RB Lookin for Alfred Morris first pick should be gone by the time i get up These guys probably half will go QB first Been sitting in the bottom 8 for to long , had 4-1 start last year than lost 7 straight Any help would be welcome
Stewburtx8 67 Posted July 11, 2013 If everyone else is taking QB, I would wait on QB until at least the 4th or 5th round. QB is very deep this year. You can end up with the 10th-12th ranked QB and not be at a huge disadvantage in my opinion. Load up on RB's and WR's (or Jimmy Graham) early.

TxTech9 5 Posted July 16, 2013 if half are gonna go qb you can get better than Alf at 6. Then def wait on QB. I'd go RB RB WR in a standard
Almadenbass 0 Posted July 21, 2013 RB x3 thanQB and WR TE WR RB
Beer Me Please 1 Posted July 21, 2013 At 6 pts per TD pass, I wouldn't wait too long on a QB. Granted, it appears there are quite a few quality QBs to choose from this year. But, yours is obviously a QB driven league. At 6 pts per TD, a QB can rack up some fantasy points in a hurry. I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest going... 1. RB 2. WR 3. RB or QB 4. RB or QB And here's why... dont' get caught up in the RB early trap. There are way too many RBBC situations. Grab the best RB on the board out of the gate. Yes, I agree, the WR position is deep again this year, but, there are only a handful of homerun hitters, so with everyone going RB crazy and snatching up players that will split time, get Julio, Marshall, or Thomas that you can practically pencil in for 10TDs. Then go with your gut instinct on your 3rd and 4th picks.
WhiteWonder 2,179 Posted July 21, 2013 if half your league is taking a QB in round 1 and picking before you, don't reach for a QB go best RB available. in round 2, take another top shelf RB or a WR. go for players you expect to score TD's since this is non PPR. in 6 point passing TD leagues, I like waiting until the 5th round and grabbing Stafford. A guy who should bounce back this year and we know has 40 TD potential.

Also i hear his contract is different than usual , he gets paid for what he accomplishes on the field ? Has anyone else heard that? Whats your take on Darren Mcfadden ?
