2bmayhem 1 Posted September 4, 2013 My particular scoring system looks like this: 10 team league Start 2QB's every week 1pt per 30 yds passing QB gets 4pts for TD regardless pass, run, or catch Start 2WR/ 2RB/ 1TE/ 1Flex Receiving 1pt per 20yds Rushing 1pt per 15yds 1pt PPR 6pts for TD regardless, pass, run, or catch Armed with the above, how far, or would you elevate taking QB's? Would you soldier on with the 1)RB 2)RB 3)WR 4)RB/WR strategy, or go after QB's in round 3? 30 out of 32 QB's get drafted, so 6-8 are typically gone by the start of the 3rd, and another 5-6 by the start of the 5th. MSin 0 Posted September 4, 2013 the 4pts per QB TD devalues them a little, but I would still have a hard time touching a WR/TE before the 4th round...

Thoughts, suggestions, opinions? In leagues where you can play 2 QB's, it is very important to have 2 good ones. This being a good year for QB's, you still will not want to start one of the #21 to #24 best

Thoughts, suggestions, opinions? I'm in a 10 team 2 QB league with some similarities such as 4 points for pass TDs, 6 of others. It may depend on what your draft position is. If it is early, I think you want to draft an AP/Martin/McCoy/Lynch. If you are late 1st round, which I was, I think you go for a stud QB. The first 4 or 5 picks are going to be RBs.You should have choices like Peyton or Newton at 8, 9 or 10. I drafted Peyton at #8 and since I was early 2nd round, I was still able to get a good RB1 in Trent Richardson. So my suggestion: 1 RB/QB 2.Pick whichever position QB/RB you did not in Round 2. 3. QB 4. RB and then start with WRs at #5. My first 6 were Peyton, T Rich, Romo, MJD, then Nelson and Bowe.
