I'm thinking Mende for this one - all indications are plays and gets 60-70% of the snaps IMO.

Mendenhall is a safe bet for week one, but i think James Jones is going to have a good year for you and should be a good flex option for you this year. Good luck!

For me I would avoid Jones against the Seattle D with a healthy Cobb, Nelson, and Finley.

 

That leaves Tate and Mendenhall. While I think Tate is in for a good year, Russell Wilson has to throw to someone, I have to stick with an RB over a WR.

 

I would rather go 75-80 and two TD's than risk anything from 45 yards to 150 yards and 0-3 TD's.

Mende is safest bet. Tate has more upside and more downside.
