Yahoo FAAB For Waivers. Need help setting up.

Just set up my league last night after our live draft. This year we are moving to blind bid waivers and Yahoo has the ability, however, I cannot set it up.

 

All the Yahoo help pages aren't really helping me. The Acquisition Budget link under the Commish tab isn't clickable although it says it's available all season.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

unfortunately you are stuck. if you click on commish tools, then look next to edit league settings it says after the draft is finalized that you can't change the waiver rules.
