Justified Season 4- WTF are they gonna release it on DVD/Streaming?

I didn't start watching the show until Season 4 was underway on FX. Buzzed through the first three seasons and thought "no problem, plenty of time to catch Season 4 before Season 5 premieres in January". Bullchit! It's almost November and a twenty minute search on Google didn't result in one solid piece of evidence about the release of S4. Anyone have any idea?
