Upper Class Trash 67 Posted February 6, 2014 You could be correct. If that idiot owner loses his lawsuits, he's going to be in massive debt. There are class action suits against him as well as, I believe, 16 independently owned Flying J's suing him. My theory last year was he didn't want to win. Look at all the salary cap space they had. Heading into the season, the team had cap room, but the owner didn't use it..... Makes you wonder if he isn't bilking the city and preparing for what he's going to have to pay in his settlements. I was sort of shocked they fired their HC, considering they still owed him like $12 million in guaranteed money. Wouldn't shock me at all if the team is at least sold in a couple years. I'm not certain if they would move though. Jacksonville, the Rams, Minnesota and Tampa are more likely to move before Cleveland. Then again, it's the NFL.
