Who to flex? I have J.Bell and Asiata on my roster or can pick up Royal.

I wouldn't bother with Royal after one decent day, unless you have bench space to burn. Of the other two I generally like J Bell better, but if you're playing the matchup Asiata is definitely the way to go.
