granta_05 3 Posted November 8, 2014 I've been offered the following trade in my Dynasty League: I get: Josh Gordon Denard Robinson He gets: Alfred Morris Keenan Allen Allen Robinson A couple IDP's would change hands as well, but nothing significant enough to list. I have the RB depth to absorb the loss of Morris. I currently have Bernard, Lacy, Hillman/Ball, Rainey/Sims, Vereen/Gray, and Crowell. I have to do this deal, right? dkaz83 1 Posted November 8, 2014 Denard has been looking good and Josh Gordon should be huge so I'd go for it.
polecatt 403 Posted November 8, 2014 No. In dynasty you want consistency over flash upside. Gordon is one failed drug test away from basically being gone for good and has proved he is a knucklehead so that is a high probability. Denard Robinson has been hot for a few games. Morris has been extremely consistent and durable if not exciting. Keenan Allen will be a #1 WR in SD for a years to come most likely. Like I always say in dynasty trades like these, unless it is going to put you over the top for a championship this season don't do it.
fantasy-guru 1 Posted November 9, 2014 I would do it. The only real player you're giving up is Morris, which isn't much. K. Allen and A. Robinson can't be trusted on a weekly basis. You would be getting two good players for down the stretch.
