Lockett and Parker I consider in the same tier. I think Parker may have more tds but Lockett could have more yardage. Whoever u prefer to watch on your bench!

Non ppr lockett isn't worth #2 waiver imo given your current wr and if you end up needing help later I see enough still on wire that are just as good... Cruz Jackson etc

I don't trust any WR not named Baldwin in Seattle. Keep Parker and hope he gets healthy. He has a much higher chance of consistency over Lockett.
