• All payments are due ASAP, but by Fri, March 10 at the latest. Use PayPal or CashApp if at all possible. Send me a text if you need app info or my home address if PayPal/CashApp are not options for you.   Please help the process along by getting this done ASAP!  DONE
• Draft order selection process to define draft positions.    DONE
• I will (hopefully) get the Keeper Sheet posted by Fri, March 3.   DONE 
• Keepers need to be finalized by Sun, March 12, 6:00pm ET.   DONE
• No trades until keepers are locked in (WITH THE ONE EXCEPTION NOTED BELOW)! DONE
• You CAN trade excess keepers for simple pre-draft pick swaps prior to March 12. "I'll give you John Smith and my 20th for your 15th" kind of deals only. Save all other trades until after keepers get finalized and the Draft Tracker sheet is posted. If you post something other than the above type of trade prior to 6:00pm on March 12, I'll reject it.  DONE
• The general pre-draft trade window will open once I finalize the draft sheet with the keepers included. I should have it ready to go sometime later on Sunday night, March 12. The trade window will then remain open until Friday, March 17 at 6:00pm ET. This is when you can post draft slot maneuvering trades or any other type of deals. Trades should be posted as a separate thread on this board and both managers must approve. DONE
• The draft will begin on/by Friday, March 17 at 6:00pm ET once all pre-draft trades have been accounted for in the tracker sheet. I want to allow some time for pre-draft trades to take place, but if things have died down before the trade deadline, I'll try to open the draft sooner. The MLB season begins on Thursday, March 30, so we'll need to keep things chugging along, but it shouldn't turn into a fire drill either. DONE - DRAFT STARTED
