Home Title Theft Insurance: Legit or BS ?

Happened upon an infomercial from hometitlelock.com last night. 

A little research showed me that it's not really insurance, only a 'guarantee' that it would never happen to you.

The infomercial made it sound so easy. All they have to do is find a title & fill it in. They don't need your date of birth or SSN, just a notary stamp.

If word got out that in a certain city, people were having their property stolen right out from under their nose, it wouldn't be a good selling point for people to move and/or stay there.

Add it up, & I call 100% BS:

Nothing more than a way to liberate people out of another $20.00 minimum per month.
