They said they were caught in the park after hours and that it is prohibited to be in the park after hours. The judge chose to ignore that fact and go on his "walking while black" rant. But yeah, the prosecution should've reiterated the trespassing charge when the judge suggested that the only reason for the stop was because the cops are racist.
