Keeper league changes, interested in thoughts…

Play in a league where we’ve kept 11 and redraft every 3 years, but changes happening going into next season.  We’ll redraft, but 3 permanent keepers moving forward…no more full redrafts.

What’s the earliest guys like Henry, CMC, Kelce, even Tyreek or M. Evans should go?  3rd too early?  12 team, full PPR, not Superflex but QB scoring makes taking a top 2-3 guy (Allen, Lamar, maybe Burrow or Jayden) in the late 2nd feasible.
