12 team Superflex draft question #1 overall pick

Have #1 pick, 12 team keeper league, Superflex.  

Already have Kyler Murray, Nico Collins and TJ Hock.  

Draft Lamar, Jamar Chase or Bijan??   (Also have #14 overall pick due to trade)

Have no RBs, so leaning Bijan, but could lock down QB with Lamar and Kyler and then get RB at #14.  

 

Some key guys not available due to keepers for anyone who's really paying attention    (Jayden D, Puka, De'Von, Nico, Brian Thomas, Baker, Ladd).  All other studs are in play

Tough one for me, I never like taking a Qb so early, but in a two Qb league or a superflex I would go with Jackson.
