That means if the joker before you picks at 8pm central, you have until 9am central the next day before I or OB1 makes a pick for you (based in our sole discretion on what we think you need). By the above logic, EMoney made his pick at 9:31PM CST. 30 minutes last night, plus 3.5 hours today from 7AM CST. He has until 10:30 CST to make a pick.
