mattcoz 3 Posted August 20, 2006 This would be a big upgrade for me at the TE position, but I'm worried about my RB depth. It's a small league, just 6 teams. My RBs are LJ, RB, Westbrook, Lewis. My TEs are Witten and Cooley. Free agent RBs include Chris Brown, Joseph Addai, Mike Bell, Dominic Rhodes, etc. Another thing I have to thnk about is bye weeks, because I have Chris Chambers as my #2 WR and Daunte Culpepper as a backup QB. Are you playing with 10 year olds? Remember this is a 6 team draft. Some teams #3 Rb in this league could be a #1 in a 12 team league. I wouldnt have Addai on my team in a 6 team league either. oh, and also, I'd keep ronnie brown. In a 6 team league there is no reason to pay to upgrade a TE. I have a feeling a TE(maybe two) will emerge that will kick butt this year.... I just dont know who it will be. There's lots of good candidates for it. and SD has a new QB so I wouldnt risk it. Last year I watched closely the tight ends on the Denver Broncos, because they hired Gates' position coach to come in and make something happen.
