BadMrFrosty 0 Posted July 26, 2006 So do you trade for R. Brown and Chad Johnson giving up LT and Droughs.... You are probably going to only be keeping LT or R. Brown. This is a big trade for me. My team LT, L.Jordon, T. Holt, L. Fitz His LJ, SA, CJ, Palmer This is standard scoring but it is a PPR league.
sportscleve14 0 Posted July 26, 2006 well you really don't need Chad Johnson with Holt and Fitzgerald and this trade would giv the other guy (LJ, LT, & SA)
BadMrFrosty 0 Posted July 26, 2006 well you really don't need Chad Johnson with Holt and Fitzgerald and this trade would giv the other guy (LJ, LT, & SA) So you would rather have LJ and Droughns than R. Brown and CJ? We start 2RB 2 WR and RB/WR This is also a point per reception league. I feel like I'm not giving that much up from LT to R. Brown and gaining a lot adding CJ over R. Droughens
unckeyherb 2 Posted July 26, 2006 dude, if someone in my league performed a trade in which he gave someone the opportunity to start LT, SA and LJ on his team every week, thye would be immediately dragged into the street and shot. you're taking a big hit replacing LT with Ronnie and you honestly aren't gaining anything by gaining Chad. You've already got two top 5 WR's. I'd rather have those two, and LT + Droughns good luck mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=214943
Bearshomer54 0 Posted July 26, 2006 It's not really a league with only 2 people in it, but I digress. Anyhow, no you don't want to do that trade.
bjlmonster 0 Posted July 27, 2006 You have to get more back than R. Brown and CJ to give up LT to this guy. Maybe Jordan and Droughns, but he wouldn't go for that now would he?
lguero1 4 Posted July 27, 2006 i've got jordan and ronnie rated equally for this year and you don't need chad. get more for LT if you are bored and feel like trading. don't give in to preseason trading because of your anticipation for the new year.
c_Weezie 3 Posted July 27, 2006 Hey BadMrFrosty, Are you only allowed to keep someone for 1 year (if so, did you keep LT last year) ?? And who is your #3 WR ??
Texansfan 0 Posted July 27, 2006 No way I make that trade. 1) You have no need for CJ with Holt and Fitz. 2) LT is one of the big 3 this year. Just having him on your team will make you a contender. While R.Brown "might" be great, he hasn't proven anything yet. 3) Are you Nucking Futs to give that team LJ AND LT! You may as well hand him the championship and be done with it! PASS!!! Hey BadMrFrosty, Are you only allowed to keep someone for 1 year (if so, did you keep LT last year) ?? And who is your #3 WR ?? AND HE HAS Alexander too!!! So he would then have LJ, SA, and LT!!! LOL, what is that guy feeding the poeple in your league... Can I join ?
