Mike MacGregor 20 Posted September 8, 2015 Hi Jim. You need to make sure you save it to your computer before opening in Excel, as opposed to opening it directly off of our server. Try right-clicking on the link. There should be a Save As.. or Save Link As.. option of some kind where you can select it, then it allows you to choose the folder you want to save Buddy in, and Ok to save. Then, open Excel. From Excel use Office Circle > Open and browse to that folder where you saved Buddy. Select and open. Make sure to enable macros after you open Buddy, by clicking the Options button just under the ribbon (toolbar) and above the spreadsheet (or it may prompt you on its own). That do it? jim_2229 0 Posted September 8, 2015 Yes I got it to work.. I have been playing around with it and when doing the draft it seems slow. Is there any thing I can do to speed it up?
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted September 8, 2015 Make sure no other files are open in Excel in particular, and close other programs you don't need to free up as much RAM for Excel as possible. You can try turning auto-calculation off and then hit F9 every once in a while to refresh (test this out). There are a couple suggestions. Oh... CTRL-Z (draft player) and CTRL-X (undo pick) are shortcuts rather than selecting a player, and then scrolling to find the Draft Player button. I don't have DB open. I might have those shortcuts backwards.
