Places every American must visit to consider themselves mildly well traveled
BronxNarrowback replied to TimmySmith's topic in The Geek Club
1)Haven't done Canada yet, on the list. 2) Been to Cancun 3) Have been to Florida 3xs 4) Been to LA and Vegas twice 5) I live in NYC, was stationed in DC and was in Chicago after bootcamp 6) Swam in Atlantic but not Pacific yet 7) Did Grand Canyon when was in Vegas, but not Yosemite yet. Have traveled to 15 countries (Europe) and about 30 states so id consider myself well traveled -
Im really thinking he's the real deal. He was hacking late last year and even a bit in spring training, but he has gotten a lot more patient in the batter's box and making solid contact. From all the info coming out from the Yankees, they are very happy with his attitude and club house presence. The guy is a beast. Plus has a great arm in right. Really looking forward to when Sanchez gets back to the lineup. As a lifelong Yankee fan, I'm really excited about this group.

Yeah, didn't see your post until yesterday, sorry bud. I know it is early, but I'm loving what the Yankees are doing right now, with a young hungry team. Still worried about the pitching staff, but getting solid outings from them all.

Im not betting money on a message board…sorry bud

The problem with Morris Park is the good folks that still live there are older in age and don't have much longer. The younger elements coming there are starting to show that change is on the way. T Neck only has silver beach really left. Outside that gated community things are changing. You're right about Riverdale, but kinda like Morris Park, the people there are older. Thing going for them is most of the homes are minted, and buildings are co-ops. Go down by Broadway up to Yonkers and its shot. Haha, thats cause it does have a cemetary, good catch. -
Yankees, and you don't have to give me any games…whats the bet btw?

City Island used to be a real good spot. Used to hit up orchard beach and some of the restaurants. Its since changed a lot, boom boxes blasting salsa music, etc. Restaurants are more or less hit or miss, still good seafood thou. -
Ah will have to hit that up, haven't been to greyhound racing in a long time. Thanks
