Ajayi and D Thomas for J Jones and Mixon?

I am looking to trade for Julio and Mixon. 1) Which offer should I make?

 

A. D. Thomas and McKinnon?

B. D Thomas and D Martin?

C. D Thomas and Ajayi?

D. Stand pat

 

It needs to be noted that this a keeper league. Can keep player with a 1 round penalty in which he was picked this year. Can only keep 2 players 1 from rounds 2-5 and one from rounds 6-FA at a cost of 5th rounder. (At this point K Hunt will be my Keeper next year from Rounds 6+. I do not like my current options in top 5 rounds to keep. AB was my 1st round keeper- next year he available for all to draft due to 1 round penalty rule.) Mixon was drafted in 5th round- could be kept at an attractive 4th round price next year.

Keeper cost for next year: McKinnon 5th

Martin 5th

Ajayi 1st

Thomas 3rd

Jones- drafted 1st round- not eligible to be kept as a keeper

Well then. I'll put it out there for the Jones owner to decide then. Let him choose. If he accepts I should be happy.

 

If he doesn't, I understand. He is weak at RB, so perhaps the slight increase in RB value with hopefully a perceived increase in value of D Thomas after his 10 catch game and Sanders injury last Sunday may be enough.

 

I don't feel like I am offering slop. Ajayi went #11 overall in our keeper league compared to Jones at #3 and Thomas 4th round compared to Mixon in the 5th. So that part works out.

As far as production, so far, neither Jones nor Mixon has really produced yet. Since Cooks injury, McKinnon is the hottest player, D Martin and Ajayi (and Thomas) have already had their bye week.

 

I'm vetting my trade offer this time.

Last week I traded D Murray for A Cooper. Had some buyers remorse initially, but really I don't need Cooper just yet. I need him for week 9 though to cover bye week. Who knows what the future will bring!?
