What I mean is, .....WHO DO YOU THINK HAS THE PERSONNEL THAT WILL TRANSLATE INTO A DUGOUT CHAMPIONSHIP?

This one is a no brainer.... Whenever you start a draft and the first person to select already has Miggy AND Trout on his roster, that's trouble. PSU did well to lock down a solid pitching staff as well. He maneuvered his bookend picks into decent trade downs/ups for keeper rounds and managed to get viable options at all positions.

Pujols and Cruz are two interesting players for him. If one or both turns back the clock to 2012, we're all screwed. If not, Team Ghost could keep pace.

In my own case, it'll lie in the health department. I do this to myself every year... 3 of my first 5 picks (Tulo, Kemp, Hamels) will likely spend half the damn season in a DL slot and they'll bring Utley along with them as a habit...

Sure, Dave's team might seem like an obvious choice. But I tend to look deeper and think outside the box. I didn't see anybody who drafted better, ....or pissed more people off, ...then Stromb. Nice scoops with Gyorko, Brad Miller, Carlos Martinez (REALLY pissed other owners off), Tanaka, Samardzja, and Bradley. Yes, I predict the Warhawks win again! I don't see a SP staff to compare with Darvish, Scherzer, Tanaka, Shelby Miller, Samardzja and Jarrod Parker. Then Carlos Martinez (I think he will be a starter), Pineda and Gausman for good measure, ....all of them solid late picks If Archie Bradley doesn't make a splash later in the year--and perhaps become a force in time for the fantasy playoffs, ....I'll be stunned. The Holds department is fine. With Papelbon and Feliz, Nate might struggle a bit, but I concur with not spending heavy for saves. Gotta love Goldschmidt and the great combo of power/speed, OBP and reasonable strikeout rate of the hitters. Congrats Nate!

Honorable mention goes to Godfather, ....super keepers, ....solid at all positions, ....three closers. Antonio has just as good a chance to contend as Dave.

My Heefees? I like them, I wasn't all that charged up about my early picks, ....and the Abreu, Gyorko, .....SHANE VICTORINO, disaster in the 10th round STILL makes me nauseated. However, I feel pretty dang good about rounds 12-30. It is clear that the Heefees have glaring weaknesses: Very little at 3B, just two closers (and BOTH of them are old hags, ....Grilli=Age 37, Nathan=Age 39, ....wow!), and nothing vaguely resembling a stud starting pitcher. I predict that my draft highlights will turn out to be: Bautista at 3.07, Mark Melancon at 15.07, Avisail Garcia at 20.06, Matt Dominguez at 28.06, and Tyler Skaggs at 30.06 {{I had a plan to take one of two SPs at the 30th spot. When my turn came, ....BOTH were still available. But I did a quick run-through of all of the undrafted probables to make the starting rotation of the 30 MLB teams. Skaggs caught my eye. I noticed that Skaggs was rated as a top 5 prospect coming into 2013, ....and Posty drafted him in the 28th round. Now, ....Skaggs didn't do all that well for the D-Backs last year, ...and management show little patience with him, ....but he didn't totally suck. Noting that Skaggs is with a new team and is now pitching in a much friendlier park for pitchers, ....and he looked great versus the Reds this Sunday, ....I took the chance on him.}}

Great job on the draft everybody, ....I hope my GAZILLION text messages were not too annoying. Have a great season!

I am not excited at all about my team this year... I took way too many prospects...
