If you'd added one of your second rounders to it, I would have considered it.

 

I offered you a 2nd and a 3rd for 1.12. Is that so ridiculous? And when you consider that you had 1.12, 2.01, and 2.02, it's totally realistic that you didn't love 3 guys right there and would be up for turning 1 of those picks into more assets........Furthermore, you passed on the guy (Breshad. Great value for Sweater Meat) I wanted with all 3 picks, so 2.02 was as good as 1.12 to me. And there was room to counter.

 

Would I have given you 2.06 and a 2nd next year for 2.02? Yes without a doubt.

And you'd have still gotten Mariota at 2.06. Sweater Meat has young QBs in Teddy B and Carr. The porn doc already took Jameis. That only leaves Big Blue as a possibility, but his best RB is Rashad Jennings so he needs to just load up there...So basically, you could have picked up a 2nd rounder for free had you thought for 5 minutes.

2. There was lots of room to counter. You could have had my 2nd this year instead, which as stated was 2.06.....and next year I have FOUR 2nd round picks already, so room to play there.
