Keeper Advice

Recommended Posts

OK,Heres the deal:

10 team .5 ppr,TDs=6pts PLUS yardage bonuses. We can keep up to 3 players from last yrs roster.I am drafting in the 6th spot.We start 1QB,2RB,2WR,1TE 1FLEX(RB,WR,TE),K,DST.

So Far here is what i am keeping and the round they will cost me:

A.Brown-1

CJ Anderson-10

My options for the 3rd keeper and the round they will cost me are as follows:

R.Jennings-3

M.Ryan-5

J.Stewert-9

Big Ben-9

D.Hopkins-9

J.Mathews-9

I am leaning towards either hopkins or mathews which would give me a pretty good 1-2 punch at WR with a RB1 with great value in Anderson.I would then go with the best available QB/RB with my 2nd and 3rd pick(depending on who falls).

whadya think?

considering you've got several keeper options, I would entertain the idea of not keeping AB and instead keeping CJ, Hopkins, and Matthews in the 8-10 rounds. You can always draft a stud WR at #6 overall, maybe even Brown. There's just not much value in keeping him in the middle of the first in .5 PPR.

Of course if you have a man crush on Brown that's cool too; it is your team to assemble how you see fit. I just think you might like your roster more with those much better value-keepers late in the draft. They will all be gone in the first 3 rounds if you don't keep them late.
