rgn22 1 Posted September 19, 2014 Should I sit Peyton Manning vs. Seatte in favor of Cam vs. Pittsburgh? I have a bad feeling about the matchup. I know the golden rule is to always stick with your horses, but I have to say, this matchup could be a problem, especially at Seattle. The 'Hawks play a lot better at home, and Denver plays a lot worse on the road.
showboat1018 1 Posted September 19, 2014 I wouldn't have the guts to sit Manning. Even in a bad game he will still put up 200 yds and a TD. That's 12 points in most leagues. Cam might put up a few more than that but Manning's ceiling is much higher than Cam.
Sean McDermott 2 Posted September 19, 2014 You didn't draft him to sit him no matter who the team is. Play Manning and don't think twice about it.

polecatt 403 Posted September 19, 2014 Do you know the last time I didn't play Peyton on one of the 3 teams I own him? Week 1 2013. I thought he had a tough match up too. Learn from my mistake.

49erGold 36 Posted September 21, 2014 Only if there is heavy rain in Sea... I started Aaron... Peyton intensely studied Sea and last week got some pointers thx to Rivers... I would start. Peyton broke the SB completion record so if you score that it is a safe play lol... I feel you though but Cam at Pit isn't exactly that safe. Apparently Welker is starting... I'll take that as a sign lol... go Broncos... beat the brakes off the Hawks. I'm gonna resume my trash talking this week lol... so pissed 49ers didn't go 2-0 and jump the division lead... time to KO the leader this week. Manning has more tools and minus youth/arm strength is legit... here's a note. Phillip Rivers didn't complete a pass over 21 yds last week and Manning can follow a similar game plan. Sherman confidence likely shaken a bit... and Manning destroyed many a great D...
ElectricBoogaloo 1 Posted September 21, 2014 I like Cam. I think CAR exposes PIT badly Sunday night and Cam is best at prime time under the lights. Expect some razzle dazzle. Even with the ribankle he will do some running... I feel like Denver is heading into a hornet's nest. SEA after a loss will be scary at home. The fans will be deafeningly loud. The organization still has a slight that some people say the championship was fluky or they got all the breaks. There will be some motivational tactics in play here. Expect some ball control offense and plenty of Percy Harvin for Seattle. Peyton will be making that face on the sideline watching the time slip away in between smelling Avril and Bennett's breath every time he drops back. Plus you got Bell/Hillman picking up the blitz in that noise. Temper your expectations...
Morphitrix 0 Posted September 21, 2014 Peyton Manning is the ONLY QB I would start when playing @SEA. If it was anyone else, I would go with the backup unless it was someone pretty bad.
