Cleveland RB question

Recommended Posts

Jamal's lingering foot injury worries me and I have a feeling (not substantiated) that he won't be carrying the full load (if at all) come fantasy playoff time. Cleveland has a sweet rushing matchup during the playoffs which I would like to take advantage of. If Jamal can't go, whom is the better start, Wright or Harrison? Right now the break down between their carries is pretty split, but do you envision one back pulling ahead of the other?

Personally, id still guess that Jamal will be doing most of the running then, especially if they want to make the playoffs.

I hear his foot felt good after last game...though we still need to see another game or two on that.

As for wright and harrison....tough to say, again, id lean to a hot hand split if jamal was down.

Yeah, it sounds like Jamal's foot is coming along. He was quoted as saying it felt great last week. However, why didn't he run for more yardage vs. STL? Harrison seems to have more explosion but I think they will give most of the carries to Wright.

We all picked it up. Big deal, though. Does that mean we have to rip on every person that doesn't have equal or better grammatical skills? Would you bother to correct this guy if he was talking to you in person? If so, I hope he would return the favor with a left hook. This is a focking fantasy football board. Not an English exam. So, now you both have posted pointless responses to the guy's original question. Thanks for making the board a better place.

crap like this is why the board needs some moderators who actually work proactively. i have to read through 5 posts of people arguing about grammar and who has been on the board longest (should that have been a "whom?" ) and I just want to know about the Cleveland RB situation. Fantasy-wise, the Browns have the best playoff schedule of all NFL teams.

Alls I'm saying is Jamal's the F'ing man!!!! Trust that brother! He's on a new team. He trying to prove himself. He ain't gonna go out like that. Come end of year, he's not the kind of guy to take it easy. Matter fact, check out his stats end of year on all his past years. The brother steps it up! Probably cause other players are taking it easy end of year. And while they're taking it easy, he's continuing strong and killing it. He had only one down year. Made up for it the next. The guy's proven himself and people still hating on him for some odd reason. The brother gonna be a monster at end of season! Jets. Buffalo. Cincinnati. San Fran. Shiat. End of discussion.

New sentences require that the first word be capitalized.

:music_guitarred: Notice the capital "N" in New above.

hoping to come in here to find useful info about Cleveland backfield. what a waste.

Tell me about it. You will see that I tried to nip it in the bud early on. But I was invaded by several jerkstores. Personally, I think Jamal will be fine and put together a solid 2nd half of the season. If Jamal does have a set back, it seems that Wright is Clevelands first choice to get the bulk of carries. Although, if you've seen Harrison run, you noticed he has more explosion than Wright. Jamal was quoted as saying "the foot felt great" after Sunday's game. Not sure why he only ran for roughly 60 yards vs STL, though.

Browns RB Jamal Lewis (foot) went through a full practice Wednesday as the team prepares for Week 9 vs. Seattle. Lewis was able to play Week 8 against the Rams after sitting out Week 6 and using the bye Week 7 to rest up. He ran for 61 yards and zero touchdowns against the Rams.

Analysis: Lewis didn't take all the carries against the Rams, but has a chance to be at 100 percent against the Seahawks. He is expected to play and should be considered a No. 2 Fantasy

I think with all the RBBC out there, IF jamal is healthy, it will be just him in the backfield, and with a good cleveland passing game sould produce decent numbers...playoff schd is drooling.

Thank you, sir...for contributing and not demoralzing someone because they didn't use proper grammar.

I agree, Jamal is going to be a nice assett down the stretch.
