memorex40 0 Posted December 12, 2014 Is it collusion if a team that did not make the playoffs drops Cobb so his buddy that made the playoffs and has priority on the waiver wire can pick him up? Any teams eliminated from the playoffs should not be allowed to drop or pick up players unless it is a dynasty/keeper league, in which no one would drop a top player like that.
