throttlers 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Should I drop Maurice Drew for Doug Gabriel? I took Drew as a last round flier. He's my 7th RB. Branch was my #2 WR. As long as Branch is out, Matt Jones is now my #2 WR and Mark Clayton is my #3. Are these 2 sufficient as a 2nd and 3rd WR or should I drop Drew and pick up Gabriel? WhoRide2002 0 Posted September 5, 2006 May as well, chances are Drew will not break out this year anyway, and if he does, you can always possibly get him on the wire later. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=228464 plz see mine, thanks. Djurynk 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Thanks Throttlers. I would take a flier and pick Gabriel up since Drew is your 7th RB. You never know how he will be used in NE and to me seeing some production from WR at Gabriel's caliber is much more satisfying than a 7th RB who will ever start in your line-up?? Vetman 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Since Drew is your 7th RB, I would to pick up Gabriel. In a 14 team league, I picked him up in the 12th round and think he may have some real upside with NE. He is much taller than Branch, but also has the speed to go deep as well. I also think with his height (6'2" I think) he will take some catches away from Watson in the red zone. The only problem is since the trade took place Saturday, I would not expect much from him for week 1. Thanks for answering mine!

throttlers 0 Posted September 5, 2006 what kind of league you in? This is a new 12 team league. We will have 1 keeper. It is standard scoring with 1 PPR.
