Cadmandeux 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Standard SCoring 10 team league. 1 pt @ 10 yd rec/rush 5 pt bonus 100+ yd rec/rush 1 pt per reception I have: Tiki M. Bell (Prob) M. Barber III L. Jordan I grabbed Tiki and Jordan because of the 1 pt per reception, plus they were the best picks at the time. M. Bell was a hunch, same with M. Barber. After Jordans performance last week, and M. Bell being listed as Probable, I hate starting a 2nd stringer in M. Barber. I looked at the wire and the best available for now is: T. Henry (foot/toe) A. Thomas (playing the fish in Miami could be tough) K. Faulk (#2 behind Dilon) K. Barlow (Is he going to be the starter in NY over Blaylock?) Blaylok is available too L. Betts (#2 Behind Portis) C. BuckHalter (#2 Behind Westbrook) Should I grab any of these guys for this week, or just sit tight and enjoy the ride? I'd probably drop M. Barber if I had to. Any suggestions/advice welcome. FBH ** 0 Posted September 15, 2006 I would not drop Barber for any of the available backs. Barber is a solid RB, and is only one JJ mistake from being the only show in Big D. Parcells loves him and not JJ. Hold Barber, and play Bell if he goes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
throttlers 0 Posted September 15, 2006 I would pick up Barlow and use him this week if you have something like a 5th WR or a backup K you can drop for him. I wouldn't drop any of the backs yo uhave for him.
