OK, I am kind of screwed at QB for week 6 when Brady has a BYE because Warner goes up against the Bears. I was planning on picking up Grossman, but I was beat to him in our free agency this week. Now, we have a guy that is pretty well set at QB. His roster is as follows:

C Pennington

D Brees

A Green

L Maroney

B Westbrook

J Jones

M Anderson

A Boldin

R Brown

A Lelie

C Johnson

J Galloway

H Miller

R McMichael

R Longwell

N Rackers

D Bengals

D Panthers

 

He is 0-2 and could use some help at RB, which I am strong at. What would suggest I offer him to make a fair trade. I am interested in obtaining Brees who plays a weak Philly secondary that week. I was never that great at evaluating or making good trade offers. My roster is in my sig.

Gore sells high right now, but never know what he'll fetch later -- he is injury prone and can SF keep it up?

Sorry, but Gore is not an option. Besides, that would be rediculously one-sided in my mind. Any other thoughts?

i agree gore for brees is 1 sided but you must and if i were you i think your running backs are all too good to trade for any of his backup qbs. i would stick with warner against the bears. as that week gets closer, someone may get dropped or something may happen to where you will find a replacement qb for that week off the ww.

instead, i would take mcgahee or gore and pair them with one of your many ok wr's and go get a stud wr like holt, harrison or johnson.
