Two trades on the table, Which one is best for me?

My team is in my sig below. There is an owner in my league in desperate need of a TE and RB, and he has depth at QB. So I made him an offer, actually 2. The problem is he is new and I don't want to fleece him, so I am looking for the best trade for me and the most fair. Here are the two trade scenarios:

 

#1: Gonzo/Rhodes for Marvin Harrison

 

and

 

#2 Gonzo/Rhodes/TWilliamson for Harrison (updated after 2nd post)

 

So will these deals help our teams, and are they fair? Any reason to veto this trade?

 

His team - QB-Bledsoe, Brady, Roethlesberger RB- LT2, Mike Bell, Mike Anderson, Lendale White

WR-Harrison, SMoss, Branch, Bruce, MaClayton, SMoss TE-McMichael

K- Stover DST-Ravens

I don't think he will go for either of those proposals. That would weakened his WR corps.

I don't think either one of those are fair because you know Rhodes is going to be worthless in a couple weeks, if you'd want to make it fair trade him Rhode/Addai/Gonzo. Thanks for answering mine.

First of all, fleece him all you want. That's how he will learn and not make so many QB picks early in the draft. Try and do the Gonzo/Rhodes for Harrison trade, although other owners might cry foul. Like I said, he needs to learn...BTW, good draft for you. I can't believe you got Johnson and Smith. Must have Back to back picks. Awesome you got Taylor plus those guys...

Thanks for answering mine. Fair would be Addai/Gonzo for Harrison, but as one of the posters said if he takes Gonzo/Rhodes then oh well. Someone in the league has to be last so why not him?! Plus this will be a learning experience for him. Maybe you can sneak a QB out of him also.

I really think you are gettting a hell of a deal if the trades go through. Harrison is worth more than all those players.

First, I'd like to say that I live to fleece other owners - it's everyone for themselves, and it's not your job to make sure your competitors know what they're doing. If you can make a great trade to help your team then you shouldn't feel guilty about it.

 

That being said, I don't think he'd take either of those offers. You'll probably have to pony up Addai/Rhodes and Gonzo to get it done, and I think that price is still worth it for you.
