lynnstrait 0 Posted October 20, 2006 12 team league, regular scoring: QB: Kitna, Favre RB: Alexander, T Jones, Benson, Henry, Rhodes, M Morris, Jones-Drew WR: Harrison, Boldin, Cotchery, Bruce I'm 3-3, having lost 3 games in a row and i'm desperate to stay in contention on my league. I'm a slight underdog this week due to byes and i'm looking for a way to put my team over the edge. An owner on my league with a man-crush for Harrison has offered me Andre Johnson and Reggie Williams for Harrison and Cotchery. I would hate to get rid of Harrison, but i'm considering this deal because Williams has a sweet matchup this week and would make a better #3 WR for the rest of the season than Cotchery/Bruce. I love Jacksonville's easy schedule for the rest of the year, but Matt Jones would available on waivers now if I don't acquire Williams. Do you guys think I should do it? Thanks! I'm not sold that Williams will get near as many looks once Jones is back. In the end I'd probably do it if you can't get a better deal. jizzatch 0 Posted October 20, 2006 Yeah, I'd make the deal. Jax D will put the offense in position to score and Reggie Williams has been playing well. Carr is much improved this year, which is helping AJ's numbers. But, you have to expect a couple of let downs. Cotchery had a couple of nice weeks, but a big 0 last week. Think it is actually a pretty fair deal, so like others have suggested, you might make a counter offer. Hey U Guys 0 Posted October 20, 2006 Nah stay put man I think Harrison and Manning should be connecting more than they have so far. Johnson is close but I would rather have Harrison. I'll try to help you in return. AJ is kicking some ass but Harrison is Harrision Counter offer him and ask for a better wr than r. williams. But, then again if that doesn't work then go for it, since cotchery isn't going to do $hit. Well, I still think AJ is still going to find sucess on the field. Thanks for checking mines out.
